The word "nitpicking" became much more meaningful.

Starost' - bolezn' neizlechimaja, smertel'naja.

I am not afraid of blood anymore. A man is not his body. Yes, during a surgery he looks like a piece of meat, very much so, and smells similarly. Which just proves my point.
